Fick Building Company is a family-owned, Tampa Bay-based commercial General Contractor. Led by Tim and Landon Fick from our headquarters in Tampa, Florida. That family ownership means every client works directly with the people who are personally invested in the outcome of their project.

Fick Building Company’s roots run deep in commercial construction. For decades, we built our reputation in Michigan, delivering pre-engineered metal buildings and industrial projects across the state for clients who needed durable, high-performance facilities built right. Over the past five years, we’ve brought that same expertise to Florida, expanding our portfolio to include multi-family developments, industrial warehouses, pre-engineered metal buildings, and government projects.

Founded by Tim and Landon Fick, every project is managed with hands-on leadership from consultation through final closeout.

President

Tim Fick is the Founder & President of Fick Building Company, bringing more than three decades of experience in commercial construction. Throughout his career, Tim has overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in construction projects across the country.

Known for his relationship-driven approach, Tim has built long-standing partnerships with owners, developers, architects, municipalities, and real estate professionals.

Landon Fick

Operations Manager

Landon Fick serves as Operations Manager at Fick Building Company, bringing over 7 years of experience in General Contracting and Hospitality Management. That combination gives him a client-first eye for detail and service alongside the technical know-how to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
